This subscription based service from ESISS provides an overview of an organisations reputation across multiple facets of Internet technology. However this is not just an ordinary social media monitoring solution, this is modular solution checking over 30 different Internet areas with more planned for the future.

The Reputation Dashboard is a web based application that continuously monitors the Internet for a wide range of activities which relate to your organisation.

Monitoring is split into two areas: Marketing and Technical.
Marketing analytics include: Google Searches, Twitter, Facebook, Bebo, Blogosphere, News Sites, Wikipedia, TheStudentRoom, WhatUni, RateMyProfessor, IRC/IRQ, Graduate Jobs Forum and eBay.
Technical tests include: Web server directories, default web server installs, default web folders, web statistics packages, RBL checks, Open Relay checks, Recursive DNS checks, Web Forgery alerts, Vulnerable WordPress installs, Vulnerable Gallery installs, Vulnerable MyPHPAdmin installs, Vulnerable WebServers, Google Safebrowsing alerts, Streaming Media open nodes and User Credential loss.
Content is filtered through Bayesian technology which categorises the reputational risk automatically on behalf of the organisation. This technology is adaptive, it learns as more content is discovered and is rated by the organisation.
As more and more organisations move into the international area, are you identifying international discussion about your organisation? What about a twitter post in Chinese mentioning your organisation? The Reputation Dashboard analytics can provide you with a computer generated translation of international content identified mentioning your organisation in multiple scripts: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian etc.
The Reputation Dashboard produces a weekly summary report which can be emailed to named contacts at your organisation. We produce two reports which focus in the marketing and the technical areas. Reports include a high level overview of an organisations reputation and a breakdown of where new content has been identified. You can login to the online Reputation Dashboard any time of day for the latest information.
Workflow processes are included in the Reputation Dashboard, allowing organisations to mark content as actioned, to monitor long term trends and to provide a anonymous comparison against other organisations.
